Returns & Exchanges


We apologize but we do not offer exchanges. You can however opt for a return and place another order for the product you prefer.


All returns must be sent to us within 7 days of receiving the order. If the return conditions (see below) have been met, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit. Please note that all refunds will be issued as a store credit.

Before returning your order, please email our Customer Care Team to inform us which product(s) you would like to return.

Please also include the following in your email:

  1. Invoice number (e.g. #IN000xxx)
  2. Name
  3. Mailing address
  4. Email address used to place the order
  5. Contact number

Complete the Return Form you received with your order and ship your return to us. We recommend using a traceable shipping method for your return. Glamour Salon System will not be responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit. Returns will usually be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the parcel.

Note: We are unable to refund shipping charges. We seek your kind understanding on this.

Return Conditions

  1. Products must be purchased directly from We will not be able to process any requests for refunds or exchanges for products that were purchased from other websites or retail premises.
  2. Products must be returned in its original condition: unopened, unused, undamaged, with its original outer packaging, which must remain sealed and unopened. 
  3. Products returned damaged will be rejected and sent back to you.
