Return & Exchange Policy

  • 1. Products must be purchased directly from glamoursalonsystem.com.sg. We will not be able to process any requests for refunds or exchanges for products that were purchased from other websites or retail premises.
  • 2. Products must be in its original condition- unopened, unused, with importer sticker.

  • 3. In the occasion that the product(s) were sent incorrectly or damaged upon arrival, returns or exchanges has to be done within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • 4. Refunds will be issued as a store credit.
  • 5. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was sent to you damaged or incorrectly.

  • . picture of the product(s)
  • . reason for returning the product(s)
  • . your preference of either a refund or exchange
